Home From Home is able to offer property management solutions to a wide range of clients: Property Developers & Builders, Residential Management Companies (RMC), Right To Manage (RTM) companies, Housing Associations and Retirement Housing.
Home From Home has a comprehensive list of property management services which can be tailored to the specific requirements of each development. We operate at a level of staffing which allows us to comfortably take on large developments but enables us to avoid the layers of management and numerous departments which so often paralyses head-office based companies.
Home From Home offers a rigorous daily management service and is keen to proactively manage the service charge budget of each development so that clients receive value for money without the burden of over-spends. Our administrators and estate managers use sophisticated and specialist cloud based block management software to manage all financial and operational aspects of our development portfolio.
All our property managers and site operatives are employed locally for each development. A benefit of this management style is that we are not restricted to a rigid system of scheduled monthly visits to a site but attend frequently for day to day operational management purposes, site inspections or as and when issues arise. We operate regular and unscheduled spot checks at a development to oversee activities and can usually be on site within 30 minutes when required.
As well as our administrative and property management staff, Home From Home directly employs maintenance and estate management staff, and cleaners who can supplement our use of contractors when required. Home From Home is happy to take on the management of incumbent staff at any new development, where appropriate, at the discretion of the site directors.
