The Oscars have been announced and of course the most awards have gone to the epic film ‘Oppenheimer’ based on the inventor of the atomic bomb. People were disappointed that the feminist film, ‘Barbie’ didn’t get more of a look in and outrage has been outpouring on the internet. Each year, these awards get the general public sucked in and it begs the question: What is it all for?
