“Right to Manage” was formed under the Commonhold and Leasehold Reform Act 2002 whereby leaseholders of a block of flats have the right to take over the management of their building from their landlord. We are also able to assist with buying the freehold of flats under the right to Collective Enfranchisement through a Right to Enfranchise (RTE) company. As a complex process to go through, Home From Home are on-hand to guide leaseholders and ensure they get the resolution they are looking for.
